We had an amazing experience at Grand Hacienda! Our group of 20 was warmly welcomed, and a big shoutout to Jovanah and Stephanie, who made sure we had everything we needed. They were patient, attentive, and their teamwork truly shone. Carlos, the manager, also checked in to make sure everything was perfect. He had a great attitude. The food was exceptional—tacos al pastor were delicious, the queso fundido was a great appetizer, and the tamarindo margarita with Tajim was my favorite. Highly recommend this place for great food and even better service!
We went for breakfast. Very good! Not greasy at all. We had an omelet and chocolate chip pancakes. Very fresh cooked to order. They also allowed us to build a plate that was suited for a keto diet. Their sausages are great! Very flavorful. Waitress was kind and helpful.
One of the best dishes I have had in a while!!! Omg the twist of creation here is a creation of flavors smacking your taste buds!!!! My waiter was amazing fast, responsive and had very informational information on menu items!! Thank you hayden for your hard work an positive experience!!
Going to make this review simple, everything was just perfect, great service, great atmosphere and perfect food. Can wait to go back and have that Carnitas again, I’m Cuban and we are good making roast pork haha, but this one was just perfect, love it in here. Very recommended.
Pur 2nd visit here...Stephanie's taking excellent care of us. Started with their BOGO margaritas on the rocks and fresh Tortillas with Homemade salsa. Having the chorizo con queso & the Hacienda platter...very good!!! We will definitely be back. Thank YOU. STEPHANIE
We had a party of 10. Everyone loved their food including jalapeno rellenos, tableside guacamole, flautas, tacos, fajitas, drinks, flan and churros. It was quick and very tasty. The service was outstanding. We were a bit needy being a bigger group and Diane was on top of everything and she even assisted us taking pictures. We had a private room which was perfect to celebrate a birthday.
There's nothing we didn't like. Everything from the moment we walked in we were nicely greeted and seated quickly, our Server Jhovana was very kind, very knowledgeable of the menu, recommended a great dinner for us ( Grand Molcajete) and was so very kind to our child too & such fast and attentive service! She really made our visit great. The establishment was comfortable and so beautiful inside with comfortable seating. The food was great even dessert ( fried ice cream), everything fresh made. We will go back again! Very much recommend.
We decided to try this restaurant in Feather Sound on Taco Tuesday. Food was delicious! Price excellent as well! We had both the chicken and beef tacos, and we would definitely recommend the beef for more flavour. Buy one get 2 drinks a nice option, but should be allowed to switch the choice for 2nd drink. Staff very friendly but was quite slow. We decided to order drinks and food at same time to speed things up. Having said this, we WILL be back!
